Need a Great Margarita Recipe for Your Summer Party?  If you are following the trend of using all natural fresh ingredients, then this is the  margarita for you! It's been a favorite of all our guests for many years and we're happy to share  the recipe with you. We've always had a passion  for creative cuisine. Did you know that we've devoted a page on our site to crewed yacht  charter Chefs? Meet these talented Chefs HERE! Capt. Big R's Fresh Margarita Ingredients:* 4 teaspoons grated lime zest 1/2 cup lime juice from 2 to 3 medium limes  4 teaspoons grated lemon zest 1/2 cup lemon juice from 2 to 3 medium lemons  1 tsp grated orange zest 2-4 Tbsps orange juice (juice from 1 small orange) 1/4 cup Confectioner's sugar 1/4 cup Agave Syrup* 3 cups ice 1 cup Hornitos 100 Agave Tequila, Blanco / Reposado  1 cup Gran Gala or Cointreau Lime, sugar and kosher salt for rimming Lime wedges for garnish* Splash of Gran Marnier Instructions: Combine the lime, lemon and orange juices with the zest from all three with the sugars in a large liquid measuring cup; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until flavors meld, 4 to 24 hours. When ready to serve, rim the edges of margarita or double old-fashioned glasses with a lime slice and dip in a combination of equal parts sugar and kosher salt and fill the glasses with ice. Pour juice mixture into a pitcher with remaining ice. Add tequila and orange liqueur; stir until thoroughly chilled. Strain into ice-filled glasses, garnish with a lime wedge, a splash of Cointreau and serve immediately.
